The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for arenaflex customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming requests from customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements
  • Escalating incidents to our Operations team to ensure prompt resolution
  • Creating tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center to empower customers with knowledge and self-service capabilities
  • Investigating and replicating bugs or testing new features to identify areas for improvement
  • Collecting feedback from customers and channeling it back to our product team to drive product enhancements
  • Sharing your passion for professional sports and delivering exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying customer needs
  • A background in sports and/or technical support, with a strong understanding of customer-facing roles and responsibilities
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Availability

* $17/hour, with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying customer needs

  • 15-20 hours/week, with a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends, depending on the season
  • A remote position in North America, with the opportunity to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance

Location and Reporting

As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will report to the Director of Customer Support, based in Malmö, Sweden. With a remote position in North America, you will have the flexibility to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
