Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone
  • Assisting customers with login issues, answering frequently asked questions, and resolving other technical queries
  • Helping customers with coupons, promotions, and other special offers
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with arenaflex's latest offerings
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working flexible hours, including 4-hour shifts, 5 days a week

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Basic website knowledge and experience with online platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
