Job Summary

We're searching for a polite, professional, and results-driven Call Center Customer Service Representative to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls, create a positive experience for each caller, and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with energy and enthusiasm, providing accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
  • Assisting businesses with dispute concerns and updating various database programs and managing emails on the computer
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
  • Taking true ownership of businesses' needs and issues, communicating and following instructions for one call resolution
  • Delivering amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various businesses' inquiries and concerns
  • Building lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
  • Meeting department productivity and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Excellent voice quality and a professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
  • Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives

Education Requirements

* High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

* Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects

  • Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal
  • Speak, listen, type, and/or sit for extended periods of time

Work Schedule

* Required work schedule is Monday - Friday, either 8:30pm - 5:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:30pm

  • Paid training is 1 week onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
