Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to issues related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
