Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our content method team to create and manage support content, and you will be responsible for driving tasks to improve the performance and effectiveness of our support content.

Responsibilities

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Working closely with our content method team to create and manage support content
  • Driving tasks to improve the performance and effectiveness of our support content
  • Analyzing customer issues and providing solutions or workarounds to resolve them
  • Documenting customer interactions, problems, and resolutions to track trends and improve procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Adapting to changing circumstances and priorities to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, customer service, or business
  • Three or more years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex issues
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a global customer support team

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer support software
  • Strong language skills, including English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
