Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑channel environments. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for automotive customers, delivering empathetic, solution‑focused support via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will enable arenaflex to serve a diverse customer base, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, and social media) to address inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide product information in both English and Spanish.

  • Accurately document all interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in arenaflex’s CRM system for audit and reporting purposes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute with reasonable accuracy.
