Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be working from home, using a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
