Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless shopping experience to our valued customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our stores are fully stocked, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating the cash register in a fun, efficient, and trustworthy manner

  • Delighting customers by answering questions, offering recommendations, and providing exceptional service
  • Keeping shelves stocked and maintaining inventory to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilizing technology, such as the Amazon Dash Cart and Just Walk Out technology, to enhance the customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies

Requirements

* Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs
  • Shifts can be up to 8 hours, requiring associates to be on their feet for the duration of their shift
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a grocery store or retail environment

  • Knowledge of inventory management and stockroom procedures
  • Familiarity with Amazon's technology and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment
