Key Responsibilities and Job Elements As an Area Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: Lead your team to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. * Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Collaborate with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. * Collaborate with all support teams: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to drive business success. * Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: Meet the physical demands of the role, working in a fast-paced environment. * Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment, standing and walking for extended periods. * Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: Adapt to changing noise levels, ensuring your safety and well-being. * Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: Be prepared to work in a variety of conditions, including outside loading departments. * Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs): Meet the physical demands of the role, working in a site with stairs.
