Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Video Chat App Support and Community Engagement

We're now seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our distributed team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you'll:

* Respond to, manage, and organize customer inquiries from various sources, including the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, email submissions, and Instagram.

  • Actively use our video chat app to gain product expertise, which you'll apply every time you help a customer with a question, concern, or issue.
  • Collect user feedback and share insights with our Product and other teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work between 20 and 29 hours a week, including Saturdays, depending on our Support team's needs.

Ideally, you have:

* A passion for providing exceptional customer support and a desire to become a product expert.

  • Experience supporting consumer products, with a plus for supporting business products.
  • The ability to identify and understand customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
  • A positive, warm, and friendly attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • A flexible work schedule that allows you to work Saturdays and during other off-hours/non-business times as needed.
