Our arenaflex Locker+ concept reimagines the way customers receive, return, and pick up packages, bringing convenience straight to neighborhood storefronts, partner retailers, and high‑traffic venues. As a Customer Experience Associate on the arenaflex Locker+ team, you will be the frontline ambassador of this cutting‑edge service, turning everyday interactions into memorable moments that keep shoppers coming back.

In this dynamic position you’ll blend hands‑on logistics with personable service, ensuring every package is accurately processed, every return is smoothly handled, and every customer walks away confident that arenaflex delivers on its promise of speed, reliability, and friendliness. If you thrive in fast‑moving environments, love solving problems on the fly, and enjoy connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career while shaping the future of retail fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, pick, scan, and stow incoming customer orders; prepare parcels for delivery and process returns with precision.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet shoppers, answer product and service questions, guide them through the Locker+ experience, and resolve any issues they encounter.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot delivery or return challenges, escalating when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Facility Upkeep: Keep the Locker+ workspace clean, organized, and safe; perform routine checks of equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Shift Operations: Open and close the Locker+ location, manage cash‑less transactions, and ensure all security protocols are followed.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate handheld scanners, smartphones, and other arenaflex‑provided devices to track inventory and update system records in real time.
  • Delivery Coordination: Receive truck deliveries, unload pallets, and efficiently move merchandise using carts, dollies, hand trucks, or other material‑handling tools.
  • Physical Duties: Safely lift packages up to 49 lb, stand and walk for up to five‑hour shifts, and navigate stairs when required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years and ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic with a “can‑do” attitude.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile devices, barcode scanners, and inventory software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to listen actively, empathize, and provide clear, friendly guidance.
  • Flexibility to work part‑time or full‑time shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules that may vary week to week.

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Familiarity with package handling, fulfillment processes, or last‑mile delivery operations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms and internal workflows.
  • Experience working in a climate‑controlled, high‑traffic retail setting such as a grocery store, partner retailer, or mall kiosk.
