Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty.
  • Anticipating customer needs and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when inconveniences occur.
  • Ensuring safety by holding oneself and others to the highest standards.
  • Navigating challenges with composure and adaptability while managing customer frustrations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support their success with new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with ticketing, baggage handling, and other travel-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the airport, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with new technologies and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, and to lift and handle baggage.
  • Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with airport operations and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
