Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
