About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to drive process improvements and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support business decisions
- Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with data governance and data quality
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field
