Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information to generate leads for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
• Capturing customer contact information, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses, to generate leads for our clients
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements

To succeed as an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
