Key Responsibilities

As a Food Service Team Member on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience in our stores
• Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, including our food program and facilities
• Problem-solving and adapting to changing priorities and challenges in a fast-paced work environment
• Collaborating with your team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 16 years of age
• Great people skills and a positive attitude
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A desire to help customers and provide exceptional service
• The ability to maintain a clean and inviting store environment
• Some weekend and holiday availability (we're a 24/7 operation, and we need team members who can work a variety of shifts)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in food service or retail

• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Experience with inventory management and stockroom operations
• Basic computer skills and ability to use our point-of-sale system
