Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales, process returns, and handle customer transactions with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining Store Appearance: Keep counters and shelves clean, well-merchandised, and organized, and ensure compliance with company asset protection procedures.
  • Assisting with Store Operations: Construct and maintain displays, complete resets and revisions, and assist with separation of food items and product placement.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Offer digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine services, and suggestive sell promotional photo products.
  • Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Exterior and Interior Maintenance: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Compliance with Company Policies: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, complete special assignments, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Preferred Qualifications

* Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, with knowledge of store systems and equipment.

  • Training and Development: Willingness to attend training and complete PPLs (Productivity, Performance, and Leadership) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.
