Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a variety of tasks, and ensuring seamless banking transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing Loan Payments and Balancing Accounts: Process loan payments, balance accounts, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely and efficient transactions.
  • Performing Full-Service Customer Service Representative Duties: Support the paying and receiving function of the community office, including placing memo posts on accounts when necessary.
  • Balancing Cash Drawer and Reporting Equipment Malfunctions: Accurately balance cash drawers and report any malfunctions of teller machines, ATM machines, or other equipment used at the customer service station.
  • Receiving and Processing Payments: Receive and process mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments, generating customer receipts as necessary.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work all shifts, including day shifts and Saturdays.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately balance cash drawers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
