Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity of client information, and maintaining accurate account records. Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency

• Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
• Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
• Maintain accurate account records and ensure the integrity of client information
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any data entry-related issues or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with arenaflex Excel

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of data entry software and systems
• Certification in data entry or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
