The Senior Sales Support Professional reports to the Associate Director, Sales Support. You will provide licensing, credentialing and other administrative sales support to the internal Innovative Financial Group (IFG) Call Center. The Senior Sales Support Professional includes typical responsibilities that are not limited to: + Establish and accomplish standardized contracting and licensing processes for IFG, a carrier-agnostic brokerage owned by Humana MarketPoint. + Licenses and appoints all agents and documents and implements all related processes across all IFG Operations departments. + subject matter expert in licensing, contracting, and onboarding agents in the Medicare industry. + Answer internal and customer inquiries. + Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization to confirm the status of requests resolve customer complaints. + Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting. + Begin to influence department's strategy. + Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.

• *Required Qualifications** + experience in licensing, contracting, and onboarding agents + experience in the Medicare industry + 3 or more years of experience in sales and/or insurance support + experience with process documentation and improvement + experience with problem solving and analytical thinking + experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels and deadlines with attention to detail + experience resolving issues and requests by phone, email, and chat Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $71,100 - $97,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
