As a Spanish Bilingual Claims Agent, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Responsibilities:
- Act as the sole point of contact for a portfolio of claims, guiding Spanish-speaking customers from initial report to final resolution.
- Apply your deep claims knowledge and expertise to navigate complex issues and ensure timely settlements.
- Leverage your excellent communication skills to build trust with customers and provide an outstanding service experience.
- Actively manage your case portfolio to achieve and exceed monthly performance goals
- Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
- Track and manage account activity in our system
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other team members
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- 1-3 years of relevant collections, claims, car rental and/or subrogation experience
- Proven track record of top-tier performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
- Detail-oriented
- Computer savvy
