Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting healthcare providers with the resources and support they need to deliver exceptional care. You'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, resolving issues on the first call, and providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare partners. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers (i.e., physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance they need (e.g., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)

  • Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide an appropriate response to the caller
  • Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
  • Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
  • Interact with providers with the intent to develop a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
  • Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess the current state and formulate recommendations
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday

Nice-to-haves

* 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

  • Prior healthcare experience
