Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about their healthcare plans. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely information about their healthcare plans

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide solutions to customers that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry and reporting
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
