The Role

As a Virtual Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts, addressing customer queries, and fulfilling their requests with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

• Address customer queries and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues
• Fulfill customer requests, such as providing sales links and offering discounts
• Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• 5+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
