  • Deployment design for automation 'package' (e.g. how and where will this get built, tested, and deployed, how do we navigate existing environments, how do we have the right gates/controls in place, how do we get deployment automated, etc.)
  • Experience translating work to agile stories, features, etc. – will play a key role in defining and informing increment and sprint back-log planning
  • Navigating large complex, politically charged, red tape laden, enterprises
  • Stakeholder engagement - design work will likely require engaging with multiple teams at customer
  • Methodology focus – requirements, design, build, test in an agile and iterative manner (customer uses agile, but definitely tailored)

  • Communication – must be able to communicate effectively up, out, and down and create supporting deliverables
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills Must create deliverables. (Account team will want to see samples)
