What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Advisor (French-speaking) in our Inbound Sales Tech Industry team, you will be responsible for:

• Taking incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...) and providing response and resolution within SLA to customers
• Aiming for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports
• Delivering high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds)
• Providing inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Achieving sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience
• Logging and following up on orders or requests
• Capturing all required data elements in CRM as required by clients, policies, and products

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high level of French (oral and written) and proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• The ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way
• Strong customer service-oriented skills
