Your Weekend Responsibilities
As a Weekend Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat and email tickets from our customers. You will use our internal tools, saved replies, and workflow scripts to deliver calm, efficient, and helpful customer support. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Responding to live chat and email tickets through our online platform - Assisting users with password resets, billing corrections, product questions, and upgrades - Following prewritten scripts and escalating complex cases when needed - Maintaining accurate notes and ticket tags after each chat - Keeping every conversation polite, helpful, and clear
