Job Summary As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our products are delivered to the highest standards. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat * Troubleshoot technical issues with soft drink fountain machines and other equipment * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed * Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support to customers * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude and ability to learn new skills quickly * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, business administration) * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or service industry * Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and other beverage equipment * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including ability to learn new software and equipment * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
