Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash registers, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by your manager or shift leader.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
  • Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance by assisting with exterior and interior maintenance.
  • Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and work effectively with team members.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or healthcare.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with computer systems, including cash registers, inventory management, and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Bilingual or Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in multiple languages.
