Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for:
* Data Source Identification: Identifying the most relevant data sources for our business needs, defining data requirements, and performing preliminary data quality checks.
* Problem Formulation: Analyzing business problems, identifying root causes, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business decisions.
* Analytical Modeling: Developing and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems, leveraging techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
* Model Deployment & Scaling: Deploying models to production, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Code Development & Testing: Writing clean, efficient code to develop and deploy data-driven solutions, ensuring high-quality testing and documentation.
* Applied Business Acumen: Evaluating business cases, influencing stakeholder decision-making, and translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
* Model Assessment & Validation: Evaluating model performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
* Data Visualization and Storytelling: Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to drive business decisions.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and programming.
* Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data science, with experience in developing and deploying data-driven solutions.
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Ability to execute projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
