Key Responsibilities

  • Email: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Social media: Monitor and respond to customer feedback and concerns on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional tone.

Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement by:

  • Answering questions and providing assistance with sales-related links
  • Offering discounts or promotional information to support sales
  • Providing proactive support to prevent issues from arising

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
