What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:
Maintaining thorough knowledge
of arenaflex's business rules, policies, and technology to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
Communicating effectively
in a warm and empathetic manner to provide exceptional customer service
Adhering to confidentiality requirements
and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
Quickly adapting to business rule changes
to ensure seamless data entry and customer service
Providing support
to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences
Who Succeeds in This Role
To succeed as a Data Entry Operator with arenaflex, you'll need to possess:
A strong work ethic
and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to key information
such as vehicle license plate, state plate, etc. at the highest productivity and accuracy
Data entry experience
in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
A passion for innovative technology
and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Self-motivation
and a strong will to grow within the company
The ability to work in a structured environment
for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule, typing high volumes of transactions daily
A commitment to 100% attendance
for up to two- twelve weeks of paid training
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
Be at least 18 years of age
or older
Have a High School Diploma
or equivalent
Successfully pass a criminal background check
