Position Summary
We're currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers. As a CSR at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries and service requests, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments
- Provide accurate information regarding plumbing services, pricing, and technician availability
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our system
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Uphold arenaflex's reputation for outstanding service with every interaction
Requirements
• Previous customer service experience (plumbing or service industry preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and standard office technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in the plumbing or service industry
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or proficiency in another language
- Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies
