Responsibilities

As a Tele Chat/Phone Chat Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients seeking information and assistance over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance over the phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service by listening attentively and addressing patient's inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Utilizing dental knowledge and resources to accurately answer patient's questions and provide guidance on their dental needs and services
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate and organized patient records
  • Communicating with dental team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Handling a high volume of calls and maintaining a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest services and promotions offered by arenaflex to effectively promote and educate patients
  • Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our phone support system

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic listener with the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
  • Prior experience in the dental field or knowledge of dental terminology is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using computer programs and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule, including the availability to work on evenings and weekends if needed
