Key Responsibilities

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
