Key Responsibilities

  • * Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to resolve academic or personal concerns.
  • * Stay updated on academic programs, policies, and student services to deliver accurate information.
  • * Represent the university with professionalism and empathy, fostering long-term student engagement.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
  • * Proficiency in digital tools, student information systems, and online communication platforms.
  • * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive student matters confidentially.
  • * Empathy, patience, and a student-focused approach to support diverse learners.
  • Experience
  • * Previous experience in academic advising, student support, or customer service is strongly preferred.
  • * Experience working in higher education, online learning, or counseling environments is an advantage.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time position with a standard workweek (Monday to Friday).
  • * Flexibility required for occasional evenings or weekends to support students in different time zones.
