We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world. That’s why we’re looking for our newest Pipeline Growth Account Manager to join our team. The Role of a Pipeline Growth Account Manager is to Fulfill Pipeline Growth Services for our B2B SaaS clients to help them generate leads, manage those leads, and grow their sales pipeline – as well as ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment between our clients and our internal team. Pipeline Growth Account Managers act as strategic Lead Generation Specialists for our clients – creating outbound marketing campaigns across email and LinkedIn, overseeing lead management processes, managing client and internal communication, and delivering exceptional results that align with each client's business objectives. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands outbound marketing and sales development, is obsessed with B2B cold email and LinkedIn lead generation, and wants to directly impact client revenue. You will be trained on our proven frameworks, but we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of results, adapt quickly, and help take our client fulfillment to the next level. If you love cold email lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, working with tools like Clay and Apollo, sales development, and want to be part of a high-performance team helping top B2B SaaS companies grow, then this is the role for you. We are currently in search of a proactive, results-driven individual that's looking for the opportunity to work with some of the fastest growing B2B Software companies on the market. As a Pipeline Growth Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new Clients
  • Client Relationship Management & Client Communication
  • Creating highly targeted prospects lists for outbound campaigns
  • Using tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for list building
  • Writing scripts for outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
  • Tracking and monitoring outbound campaign performance
  • Internal Team Coordination with the Fulfillment Team
  • Leading Project Management for your clients
  • Management and Oversight of Sales Reps
  • Maximizing Client Retention

Requirements

These are skills and experiences that would make you a strong candidate for this position:

  • Experience in running automated B2B Cold Email Marketing Campaigns to generate leads.
  • Experience in running automated B2B LinkedIn Outreach Campaigns to generate leads.
  • Experience writing sales copy that converts cold traffic into warm traffic (lead generation)
  • Experience in a B2B Sales / Marketing / Business Development Job.
  • Experience Coaching or Managing B2B Sales or Marketing Teams.
  • Experience as a Go-to-Market Engineer or Business Development Leader.
  • Experience consulting other B2B SaaS or B2B Service businesses.
  • Experience using Project Management software like Asana or ClickUp.
  • Experience using tools like Instantly, SmartLead, and EmailBison for cold email.
  • Experience using tools like Clay for data enrichment.
  • Experience using tools like HeyReach or Expandi for LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience in a role where you were responsible for Client Communication, Client Relationships, and Client Retention.

Hours:

  • Full-time, 9am EST - 5pm EST Monday through Friday.

On-Track Earnings:

  • Guaranteed Base Salary of $40,000 - $55,000
  • On-Track-Earnings of $75,000 - $110,000+ with Revenue Share
