Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client information. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses and contact information
- Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure data consistency
- Collaborate with our team to resolve any data-related issues or concerns
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
- Experience working with databases and data systems
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
