Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex at our retail locations. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their package delivery and return needs, resolving issues, and providing a seamless experience. Our associates are the backbone of our operation, and we're committed to supporting their growth and development.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery - Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards - Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site - Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders - Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing - Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation - Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation - Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around - Going up and down stairs (where applicable) - Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
