Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through every step of their car buying journey, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to build strong relationships, resolve customer issues, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through every step of their car buying journey, from sale to financing and beyond

  • Conduct vehicle condition assessments, collecting and recording information to ensure accurate appraisals
  • Check in and receive vehicles, complete daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory, and perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet arenaflex Quality Standards
  • Perform various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies, and auditing completed paperwork
  • Create service appointments and review repair order invoices for retail service work performed, ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing
  • Manage a variety of diverse tasks, including vehicle sales, processing of sales paperwork, and assessing vehicle condition for use in appraisals

Purpose of the Role

This is a high-energy retail sales environment where you'll work as a team to meet goals and handle a wide range of customer interactions. To succeed, you'll need to quickly build rapport with people, understand their needs, and manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. You'll have the opportunity to grow your career and become a mentor, manager, or business leader within arenaflex.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), preferred
