Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
- Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us to build strong relationships with our customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help us improve our services
- Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
- A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus (we love gamers!)
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a passion for learning and growth
- Availability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST, and work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training

- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Have gaming experience (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
