Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment. - Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn.
