Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to work at your own pace. You'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, conducting research studies, and participating in online focus groups. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into our systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct research studies and participate in online focus groups
- Use your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and studies
- Communicate with our team members and clients via email, phone, or video conferencing
- Meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
- Able to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting
- Familiarity with online research studies and focus groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
