  • Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination:
  • Human Assist Strategy: Collaborate with digital and cross-functional partners a to develop and execute strategy for digital interactions that require a human assist.
  • Align traffic and lead routing to maximize total digital sales volume, drive customer experience and improve operational efficiency across the landscape. This includes understanding, analyzing, and driving change related to customer engagements on business.att.com, supporting buy flows, and partner properties to better support self-service, chat, call centers, digital acquisition, and affiliate partners.
  • Ensure seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
  • Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Demand and Traffic Strategy:
  • Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic routing in close partnership with marketing teams, prioritizing converged customer growth.
  • Collaborate with technology and care teams to enhance site performance and reduce fraudulent activity while focusing on demand generation.
  • Customer Journey and Experience Management:
  • Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer AT&T products and features at the right times.
  • Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and enhanced cross-selling capabilities.
  • Partner closely with technology, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute these digital initiatives.
  • Technology and Innovation:
  • Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning.
  • Identify key problems or opportunities across digital and partner with design and technology teams to align on a clear path forward.
  • Focus on key trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases.
  • Drive platform technology enhancements to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure that supports seamless customer experiences and integrates with emerging technologies.
  • Data Analytics and Optimization:
  • Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys, improve site performance, and drive digital sales growth across AT&T’s ecosystem. Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Location(s): Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA Office Presence: This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Supervisor: No Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas. Compensation: Our Lead Digital Customer Growth - Business Online Sales Assist earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Benefits and Perks:
