Your role and responsibilities We’re looking for a seasoned Strategy Leader to join our enterprise Marketing, Communications and CSR (MCC) team and shape the future of MCC. As the Head of Strategy, you will lead the charge in identifying emerging trends, designing forward-looking strategies, and driving transformative initiatives that position MCC to lead with innovation and impact—one year and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Foresight

  • Lead the development of MCC’s Spring Strategy and Fall Plan, aligning with enterprise priorities and market dynamics.
  • Identify and anticipate future trends in marketing, communications, CSR, and public affairs.
  • Build and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap that ensures MCC remains future-ready and resilient. Innovation & Transformation
  • Spearhead the MCC AI Strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI across the function.
  • Drive organizational design strategies to evolve MCC into a future-fit, agile structure.
  • Lead high-impact, time-sensitive initiatives through a dedicated SWAT team model.
  • Collaborate closely with MCC Technology and Planning teams to operationalize strategy through tech and workflow innovation. Talent & Capability Building
  • Design and implement tailored talent development programs for both emerging and senior MCC professionals.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to build critical capabilities for the future of MCC. Benchmarking & Measurement
  • Lead benchmarking efforts to assess and evolve MCC’s operating model against industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to define and refine measurement strategies that track the impact of MCC initiatives. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles—ideally within or supporting Marketing, Communications, or CSR.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through influence.
