Key Responsibilities

• * Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies
• * Respond to user inquiries and messages in a timely, polite, and professional manner
• * Identify, flag, and take appropriate action on inappropriate, abusive, or suspicious content
• * Enforce chat rules consistently while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment
• * Escalate complex issues or violations to senior moderators or support teams when necessary
• * Maintain accurate records of incidents, warnings, and actions taken
• * Collaborate with other moderators and support staff to improve moderation processes
• * Stay updated on policy changes, platform updates, and moderation best practices

• * Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging or sensitive situations
• * Basic computer literacy and comfort using online tools, chat systems, and moderation software

• Experience
