Online Pick-up and Delivery Product (OPD Product) functions as a critical link in Walmarts omni-channel strategy by orchestrating the fulfilment of digital orders across our fleet of 4,500+ retail stores in the United States. As a Staff Product Manager on the OPD Product team, you will lead a wide range of stakeholders that is focused on how we fulfil our Members & Customers orders at their local store. You will be responsible leading the 4 in the box, implementing and influencing the ways of working, leading discovery with product mindset, customer centricity and data driven decisions. You will be managing cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, Design and Product partners. You will be making an impact by exploratory data analysis to gain deeper understanding of the problem and the impact to support key metrics.

Youll make an impact by:
- Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value to our Members, Customers and Associates.
- Evangelize a product-thinking culture to deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
- Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, Design and Product partners.
- Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
- Synthesize insights, proactively share implications and recommendations on new product opportunities to win
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change.
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from senior leadership.
- Seasoned Product Manager with 8 plus years of experiences.
- Experience managing product lifecycle.
- Data centric- who is comfortable digging into data and bringing insights.
- Comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.
- Retail product experience is a plus.
- Tableau/SQL experience is a plus.
