USPS Operations Assistant

- Assist in managing and organizing daily mail distribution operations
- Track and report operational data to ensure delivery benchmarks are met
- Support the preparation of reports, logs, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with other postal departments and staff to resolve operational challenges
- Ensure adherence to USPS safety and procedural guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Support scheduling and communication related to delivery routes and staff shifts Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
