We are looking for a Field Claims Advocate who is tired of the “feast‑or‑famine” sales cycle and is ready to become a specialized specialist in your market. The Role: Grit Meets Tech As a Field Claims Advocate, you are the bridge between the insured and our back‑end team of software developers, marketers, and industry experts. You are a “Competitive Servant”: you enjoy keeping score and hitting quotas, but you frame winning as taking care of your clients better than anyone else. You’ll play a critical role in advocating for property owners, supported by JustClaims’ proprietary AI‑leveraged workflow. You’ll spend your time in neighborhoods, on roofs, and at kitchen tables—not stuck behind a desk. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage property damage appraisals and claims for insured clients.
  • Quarterback commercial and large‑loss claims as a Public Adjuster.
  • Handle and refer residential claims deemed candidates for appraisal.
  • Conduct detailed claim analysis, coordinate with experts, and prepare claim documentation.
  • Review insurance policies and provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers to ensure fair outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline claims analysis and improve recovery results.

What You Bring We are looking for a “Principled Fighter”—someone with a strong fairness streak who gets animated when they see people getting taken advantage of by big corporations.

  • Experience: 2–7 years of professional experience, ideally in entry‑level insurance claims management/agency, or as an independent adjuster.
  • The License: You currently hold or are able to get a Public Adjuster license in your state upon hiring. JustClaims will provide support in obtaining licensure. Potential bonus provided for acquiring within 30 days of hire.
  • Familiarity with, or ability to get familiar with the insurance regulatory environment, common building construction, and building codes in X location(s)?
