Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Coordinator will support national-level marketing campaigns, focusing on email marketing strategies and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Help manage email lists, audience segments, and campaign data
- Support creation and editing of email templates
- Apply tracking links and assist with campaign setup
- Help build landing pages and basic campaign assets
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
- Support SMS/text campaigns
- Assist with inbox monitoring (opt-outs, responses, etc.)
Skills
- Experience with e-mail marketing, communications, or related field
- Basic understanding of email marketing or digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Pega, Aprimo/Terdata, ExactTarget, or similar tools
- Experience with Excel, analytics, or reporting
- Exposure to design tools like Canva or Photoshop
- HTML/CSS coding experience
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Javascript and SQL
